Every child is a kind of image of its parents, and as older I get, as more similarities I can se between me and my father. Both physically, menthally, socially and in the way we do things.

Some people have also said, that we have same way of walking - so this probably means that we have a special walking style!? :-o

My fathers biggest passion is to travel - and particulary travel to Greece. I don't think there is many places or islands in Greece he haven't visited. He goes on vacation to Greece at least once a year, but sometimes several times a year. And - if possible - to a new place every time.

Although I myself have been in Greece only a few times, it is quite obvious, where my own passion to travelling comes from :-)

We are building up a website together - Kreikka.net - that presents Greece in Finnish language. This is the way we can use all the knowledge about Greece he has and shares it with other people. At the same time it is an "ode" to Greece - the land that have given him (and me) so much.

My father is born in Helsinki and lived his life in capital area. He works in the advertisement business and translates technical presentation material from other languages into Finnish.
